Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on each product or at checkout. Many pieces are handmade to order, so processing times may vary. Please allow extra time during drops, holidays, and sales.


Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Branded Cactus is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Branded Cactus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you have a secure delivery location.


We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.


If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
