By purchasing from Branded Cactus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


All items are handmade and may show slight variations in color, texture, and design. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.


All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before purchasing.


Orders are processed and shipped within the stated time frame at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Branded Cactus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Once an order has shipped, Branded Cactus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and consider choosing insured shipping at checkout when available.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and assist.


Custom orders are non-refundable and non-transferable once production has begun. Any changes requested after work has started may result in additional charges or may not be possible.


Branded Cactus retains all rights to photos, designs, and content created for the brand. These may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
